The method / Sources, privacy & limits
Every answer
leaves a trail.
Observe before interpreting
You confirm official public HTTPS sources. Scout saves bounded text, a canonical URL, UTC observation time and a content hash. The first run establishes a baseline. Future runs compare saved snapshots; unchanged sources skip paid generation.
Verification has a boundary
A verified fact is an exact source statement supported by its saved evidence. An announcement does not independently prove a feature shipped. Interpretations, conflicts, inaccessible sources and unknowns stay visible. Source content is untrusted and cannot change tools, permissions or budgets.
Your research stays private
Watchlists, jobs and briefs are private to your account. Before a live run, your instructions and retrieved excerpts are transmitted to Orbio and its selected model providers. Orbio describes its inference gateway as using zero data retention endpoints and retaining billing metadata. This app does not extend that claim to every downstream tool or promise zero retention. Owner verification of current processing terms is required before enabling live work.

Bounded access
The owner funds the initial 48-hour public research window. Live research stays disabled until the launch time, budgets, provider prices, retention and privacy terms are confirmed. Saved results remain readable when new jobs pause. There are no auto top-ups.
Deletion and retention
Retention and provider processing confirmation are pending. Live research is disabled until the owner confirms these policies.
Delete your watchlists and results in Settings. Proposed retention is seven days for raw snapshots and thirty days for results; the owner must confirm the policy before launch. Backup copies may remain until the configured backup expiry. A production operator must disclose that expiry before access opens.
